Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By using kokoo, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

kokoo is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

  • Save and organize recipes
  • Plan weekly menus
  • Generate shopping lists
  • Share your cookbook with family members

Free and Premium

New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to all premium features. After the trial, you can continue to manually enter recipes for free, or upgrade to Premium for access to AI import, the weekly planner, shopping list, cook mode, and family sharing.

Content and copyright

You are responsible for the recipes you import via URL or photo. kokoo processes imported recipes with AI and stores the result locally on your device. kokoo does not claim ownership of your saved recipes. Make sure you have the right to copy and store recipes for personal use.

If you believe there is a copyright infringement, you can contact us at jeffrey@kokoo.app. We will review the report and take action if necessary.

Premium subscription

The Premium subscription is billed through the App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Availability

We strive for high availability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The app depends on Apple's iCloud services for synchronization.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Important changes will be communicated through the app.

Liability

kokoo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data loss.
